The
Verdon throughout its course delimits several
“countries”:
the plate of Valensole between the Durance and the Verdon, lakes of
Castillon, St Croix lake and Esparon lake, the Verdon gorges;
high gorges and low gorges of easier access,
the préalpins mountains with altitudes of 1100 with
more
2000m. | B) Structure
The
area proposes many picturesque villages: Moustiers St Marie,so famous,
but also St Julien Montagnier, Aiguines, Ste. Croix of the Verdon,
Bauduen, Riez, Régusse but also Montagnac!
Several
castles of which that of Allemgne en Provence and that of Esparon of
the Verdon.
Strengthened churches with Moustiers Ste Marie, St
Julien Montagnier.

Provençaux
markets for every day of the week, that of Riez, very famous, Wednesday
and Saturday.
Markets with truffles in December-January.

and exposures throughout the year: celebrates truffles, corn,
lavenders, markets of savours and scents, festival of

possibilities of excursions, the easy trek (2h) to the rando of
specialist (6 with 8:00) in the gorges of the Verdon.

courses of V.T.T.
Water
sports on all the lakes (stroke, canoe, veil, pedal boat) and in the
gorges of the Verdon (aqua-excursion, rafting…)
Practical
of fishing in all the lakes, fishes since banks or in the boat.
Possibilities
of climbing in the gorges of the Verdon .
